✈️ Hiring to Onboarding Journey for Operations staff

Here is the full journey from application to your role assignment:

Before you join ZARIBEE:

1. Hiring Process You will go through our recruitment process, including interviews and skillset test before joining and show your capability for the commitment. Details of Hiring process is shown here.

After you join ZARIBEE:

1. Join as Operations Staff All successful candidates join as Operations Staff.
2. Field Onboarding Training (At least 2 weeks) After joining, you will immediately start your onboarding in the field. You will engage in marketing activities and directly interact with customers to understand their needs and challenges. We believe the best decisions come from a deep understanding of our customers.
3. Office Onboarding Training After the field experience, you will continue your onboarding with office-based training to learn our operations in detail.
4. Role Assignment Finally, you will be assigned to a role based on your performance, strengths, and business needs.

As above, all new joiners start as Operations Staff and go through fieldwork and training to understand our business and customers.

After this period, you will be assigned to one of the following roles based on your performance, strengths, and business needs.
