What we are looking for

ZARIBEE Kenya provided over 3,500 riders with motorcycles until today (as of Jan 2025), and riders are active as Boda boda riders who take on a role of logistic infrastructure to carry people and things in Kenya.

We believe riders need a trustable financial service which understand their job and themselves.

For example, we explain contract details deeply to customers and make sure they understand before customers sign the contract to have a transparency. We do provide detailed support when accident or incident happens until it can be solved. We have an assigned staff for each rider to make a stronger relationship with rider and us to avoid being sent to one department to another without a clear answer.

This position has a key role to build a first meeting point between rider and ZARIBEE to start our journey.

We are looking for the person who can capture purpose of customer’s inquiry well and deliver courteous and accurate communication spontaneously and proactively to support customer.

In addition, in our ZARIBEE culture, we recognize the person for commitment and practical skill, not certificate and background, and also the person who demonstrate ZARIBEE-ish culture actively.

About Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a customer service based in Nairobi County, Kenya. This role will be involved in ensuring our customers understand our service and reach out the necessary information. Additionally, the officer is expected to support customers to be dispatched a motorcycle.
